FloorFare is a ticket price comparison platform that aggregates publicly available event and ticket listing information from third party platforms including SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, and TicketNetwork. FloorFare does not sell tickets, hold ticket inventory, process payments, or act as a ticket broker. All ticket purchases are completed directly on the respective third party platform.

3. Accuracy of Information

FloorFare makes reasonable efforts to display accurate and current pricing and availability information. However, we cannot guarantee that listings are accurate at the time of viewing. Ticket prices and availability on third party platforms may change at any time, including between the time results are displayed on FloorFare and the time you attempt to complete a purchase. You should always verify the final price, availability, and terms directly on the platform before completing any transaction.

4. No Endorsement of Third Party Platforms

The inclusion of any ticket platform in FloorFare's search results does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or warranty of that platform or its listings. FloorFare is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, safety, or legality of listings on third party platforms. Any dispute arising from a ticket purchase must be resolved directly with the platform on which the purchase was made.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FloorFare and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or from any transaction completed on a third party platform. This includes but is not limited to losses resulting from inaccurate pricing, canceled events, fraudulent listings, or platform outages. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on FloorFare, including but not limited to the site design, layout, logo, and original written content, is the property of FloorFare and its operator. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without express written permission. Ticket listing data displayed on FloorFare is sourced from third party APIs and remains the property of the respective platforms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

By using FloorFare, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without express written permission
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its backend systems
  • Use automated tools to submit searches or otherwise abuse the Site's functionality
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting FloorFare

8. Affiliate Relationships

FloorFare participates in affiliate programs with ticket platforms including TicketNetwork. This means that when you click through to a platform and complete a purchase, FloorFare may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence which platforms are displayed or the order in which results appear. Our goal is always to surface the most relevant results for the user.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

FloorFare is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or data displayed on the Site.

10. Governing Law
