Is FloorFare free to use?
Yes — completely free. You never pay FloorFare anything. We compare prices across platforms and send you directly to buy at the price we found. FloorFare may earn a small commission from ticket platforms when you purchase through our links, at no extra cost to you.
Does FloorFare sell tickets?
No. FloorFare is a comparison tool only. We do not sell tickets, hold inventory, or process payments. All purchases are completed directly on the platform you choose — SeatGeek, Ticketmaster, TicketNetwork, and so on.
Why do prices sometimes differ from what I see at checkout?
Ticket prices on resale platforms can change in real time. The price shown on FloorFare reflects what was available when the search was performed. By the time you reach checkout, the price may have changed or the listing may no longer be available. Always verify the final price before completing your purchase.
Which platforms does FloorFare compare?
FloorFare currently pulls live data from Ticketmaster and SeatGeek, and directs users to TicketNetwork via our affiliate partnership. We are actively working to deepen integrations and add more platforms over time.
Why don't all events show a price?
Pricing data depends on what each platform makes available through their API. Some events have pricing listed, others do not — particularly when tickets haven't officially gone on sale yet or when the platform restricts pricing data at our current access level. We show "Tickets Available" in those cases and link you directly to the platform to see current pricing.
Is my location data stored?
No. If you allow location access, it is used only to find nearby events and is never stored or logged. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
I found a bug or incorrect information. What should I do?
Please email support@floorfare.com with as much detail as possible — the event name, what you expected to see, and what you actually saw. We take these seriously and fix issues quickly.

FloorFare is an independent project built and maintained by a single developer with a background in cybersecurity and a passion for the EDM community. It was built to solve a real problem — fragmented ticket pricing across too many platforms — and is actively being improved. Learn more on the About page.
